Q4: How do I book an appointment?
Book online through the booking calendar on the site, or call (346) 377-7185. A non-refundable deposit reserves your time.
Q5: Do you take new clients?
Yes. New clients are welcome for every service. If you are unsure about your hair, book the $30 In-Salon Consultation first.
Q6: Do you retwist locs installed by another stylist?
Yes. Bring your locs in. If they are thinning, matted, or you are not sure which maintenance method was used, book the consultation first so we can build a plan.
Q7: What is a partial retwist?
A retwist of the perimeter and parts (hairline, edges, and the top) instead of every loc. Priced at $80. Useful between full appointments or before an event.
Q8: How long do starter locs take to mature?
Roughly 4 to 6 months for two-strand starts, 6 to 12 months for comb coils. Instant locs are locked from day one, with full softening at 4 to 8 weeks.
Q9: Do you carry loc care products?
Yes. The Lox Box line (growth tonic, peppermint hair whip, hydration mist, styling gel, and bundles) is made in Houston and sold in the salon and online.
Q10: What are your hours?
Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 7 PM. Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM. Sunday closed. Monday by appointment.
